Under such a situation, in order to clarify how AI technologies can contribute and collaborate toward realizing universal Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in various areas such as environment, economy, industries, etc., a series of international conferences titled International Conference on Artificial Intelligence for Sustainable Society (AISS) will be newly launched, which brings together researchers and practitioners, both industrial and academic, developing novel outcomes of AI Technologies for Sustainable Society. The 1st International Conference on Artificial Intelligence for Sustainable Society (AISS2025) provides a common platform for exchanging ideas and future collaboration among AI technologies such as generative AI, which are applicable to Sustainable Development (SD) for Energy and Environment.
