Computer and communications are two rapidly developing fields that have a significant impact on modern society. In recent years, there have been numerous advancements in areas such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, big data, cloud computing, and the internet of things, among others. These advancements have led to the emergence of new technologies, such as 5G, blockchain, and edge computing, that are revolutionizing the way we live and work. In addition, there have been significant developments in the fields of wireless communication, signal processing, and image processing. These advancements have enabled the development of new applications in areas such as mobile computing, mobile commerce, and ubiquitous computing. Furthermore, the increasing use of robotics and virtual reality technologies has opened up new possibilities for human-machine interaction and immersive experiences. At the same time, there are still many challenges that need to be addressed in the fields of computer and communications. For example, ensuring the security and privacy of data and communication networks remains a significant concern. ICCC is initiated in 2015. It is co-sponsored by Sichuan Institute of Electronics, hosted by Youth Talent Work Committee (Sichuan Institute of Electronics), Southwest Jiaotong University, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Sichuan University, Chengdu University of Technology, Chengdu University of Information Technology, etc. As annual conference, it will be held in Chengdu every year, where more than 500 attendees from 12 countries all around the world have taken part. 2025 the 11th International Conference on Computer and Communications (ICCC) will be held in Chengdu, China once again on December 12-15, 2025.
